Lens on Thursday announced the double signing of Lille striker Dagui Bakari and Cameroon captain Rigobert Song as they bid to get over last season`s championship heartbreak.
Lens, who missed out on the title on the final day after losing 3-1 away to Lyon, are keen to reinforce their squad for another
shot at the crown and next season`s Champions League.p
Bakari, 27 scored nine goals last year and has moved from northern rivals Lille as a replacement for Liverpool-bound El Hadji-Diouf for a fee of 3.5 million euros (3.37 million dollars). And defender Song, 25, has moved for an undisclosed fee from German side Cologne.
